		<description>Thanks for this post. The biceps always fascinated me (that’s why I made a website about it). For me it is really hard getting my biceps to grow, I eat very well and train very hard but they will not grow fast enough. I even had some problems with my biceps. You have to be very careful with injuries on the biceps tendon. If you train your biceps too much and it’s going to hurt a little you really have to stop and let them rest. Otherwise you will definitely end up with a biceps inflammation. And that really hurts, believe me!</description>

		<description>One thing that is great about biceps is that they do not need many exercises to stimulate them. The bicep is a small muscle and they also get work when you perform back exercises. People have tendencies of overtraining their biceps with to many exercises.</description>
