High Intensity Interval Training: How to Lose Fat Quickly and Effectively

If you’re looking to lose fat fast, then High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) is the best cardio workout that I’ve found, hands down.

When I experimented with HIIT and paired it with a lower-carb diet (my diet was very high carb to begin with anyway, but I just reduced my carb intake a bit – nothing too drastic), I got out of my plateau zone right away and easily lost some fat around my abdominals. So if you really want to lose weight fast, this one is for you!
